You can change your password at any time by editing your personal information in the "My Account" area of the web site.
The "My Account" tab is found on pages in the reservation center.
To change your password:
- Click on the link to "Edit" your personal information.
- Enter your current password in the box provided. If you have not already changed your password, this will be the one that you received vie email when you first joined. YOUR PASSWORD IS CASE SENSITIVE SO BE CAREFUL TO ENTER UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR IN THE EMAIL. It may be easiest to simply copy the password from your email into the box.
- Enter the new password that you would like to use in the box provided.
- Enter the new password again in the second box provided. This helps prevent errors from typographical mistakes.
- Click on the button to "Accept changes and return to member area."
Your new password is now stored in your secure database area and is effective immediately. To test it simply log out and sign in again with your new password.

This link takes you to your member area, where all your personal information is stored. In this area you can add or edit credit cards, edit your address and contact information, access your reward points account history, and enter your personal travel preferences. We encourage you to keep this information up to date, since it used to help simplify the reservation process when you are making a reservation on this web site. Your agent may also access and use this information when making travel arrangements on your behalf.
